Artist’s Statement:

My work like memory, is not a static entity but a wavering fluidity through the lens of digital art. I tend to gravitate to unbusy backgrounds augmented by the surreal or simplistic. Working with digital tools to create visual cues of color and treatments I am able to replicate, or fragmentally adjust to what I find pleasing at the time. Hence, the computer screen becomes a canvas projecting an evolving and pixelated rendering.

BIO: Bill Kessler is a resident of the Portuguese island of Madeira having previously resided in Braga, Porto and the U.S. state of Washington. He has a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Mississippi University for Women. He has been published internationally in the genres of short story fiction and nonfiction, poetry, photography and digital art.
