Artist’s Statement:

In the fall of 2023, my husband and I spent six weeks traveling in Japan. In these photos, I share the ichigo ichie of our time working remotely through the night on Eastern Standard Time, while trying to find enough energy to be tourists during the day. While we weren’t getting much sleep, we were rich in culinary adventures!
